- 1st game families need to be at the gym at least an hour before game time.
- 2nd (& 3rd game if any) families need to be at the concession area no later than the immediate ending of the previous game. (For transition purposes.)
- Concession area should have available for you the prices of admission and food items, etc. Also, if pizzas need to be reordered there should be instructions-or see Eva Jones.
- Last game family will pack up concessions and load them (grab any help you need) into Coach Jones' car. Other items needed to be done before leaving are on a list. See Eva Jones if you have any questions or concerns on how anything is done.
- You are encouraged to recruit as much help as you would like, just please be sure that no one under the age of 12 is handling the money.
- Saints players that may be helping: if their game is still to be played remember to keep track so that they can dress out at half-time (and then stay in the gym). (Did that make sense?)
- Important. Due to circumstances beyond our control sometimes game dates, times, or order of play has to be switched. If this happens on your date, to keep it as uncomplicated as possible we are asking that you switch along with the game you were originally scheduled for. Changes will be announced at practice and listed on the website.
- If you are unable to be present for your scheduled time, please trade with one of the other families listed above.
- Working the concessions area is actually kind of fun and we get better acquainted with many of the other families that way. The coaches and CMHSAA board members would like to thank each of you for your help and support. The admissions and concessions are on-going fundraisers that provide the many additional funds needed to support sports for our kids. Again, thank you, very much.
