Central Missouri Home School (CMHS) Athletic Assoc Home schooled children often have many academic advantages, but their opportunities in team events can be limited. To meet this challenge, the Central Missouri Home School Athletic Association was formed to provide quality athletic training for home-schooling families. Not only do we provide instruction in basketball and baseball, but we train this next generation the art of team building, the power of sportsmanship and the thrill of success. Too many sports programs are built on the concept of "defeating the rivals." Many times we are tempted to judge ourselves compared to someone else, but that proves to be a moving target. We believe that true success in sports and in life is gaged by progress. The crucial element in attaining success is to develop excellence in the fundamentals - whether that is in basketball or business. The board of directors for CMHS Athletic Association is comprised of parents dedicated to providing an excellent education for their children including uncompromising training in athletics.
